Best Free Fire weapon combos: how to build a loadout that fits you
Think in ranges, not single guns
Balance changes make any 'best gun' list quickly outdated. A stronger approach is to cover your range gaps. Most players want one weapon that is strong up close and another that works at medium or long range.
Close-range pairing
SMGs and shotguns are strong in buildings and tight fights. If your style is aggressive, take one of these as a primary and pair it with a weapon that can still hit at a distance.
Medium-range all-rounders
Assault rifles are the usual choice for open fights. They give steady damage at medium range and work well with a close-range backup. Learn the recoil of one or two rifles instead of switching constantly.
Long-range options
Snipers and marksman rifles reward patience and accuracy. They suit players who like holding positions, but you need a backup for close fights.
Attachments and ammo
Attachments can change a weapon's feel, so pick ones that suit your aim. Always check that your two weapons use different ammo types, so you can carry enough of each.
Adapt to the circle
Early in the match you need what you can find, and late in the match the circle size decides what works. Be ready to swap weapons when the fights move from buildings to open ground.
